Resolution: Dorothy dumped a bucket of water onto the Witch and she melted. Conflict:The wizard turned out to be a fake and just a normal man so he couldn't grant magical wishes. Resolution: He was still able to give the scarecrow a brain, the Tin Woodman a heart and the cowardly lion courage without magic.
