I'm not going to tell you to deep breathe or anything like that because it's pointless. Anxiety is something you can't really get rid of. I have anxiety issues and they are just kind of always there. Whether you are anxious about school, friends, family, or etc... there is always going to be something to be anxious bout. If you constantly feel like this and it's so bad to the point where you get panic attacks, I reccomend a doctor's appointment. ( If it's really driving you off the walls tho try working out, it's not a long-term solution but it does help in my experience.)
