I calculated this myself, and I got the answer 3/4, but I'm trash at explaining long problems. So here is what I found to help explain it. It's not a link.
"If (p, r) lies on the line y = x + b, then
r = p + b…. (1)
If (2p, 5r) lies on the line y = 2x + b, then
5r = 2(2p) + b
or 5r = 4p + b…. (2)
Subtracting equation (1) from (2), we get
5r - r = 4p + b - p - b
4r = 3p or r/p = 3/4"
