To anyone who sleeps the recommended amount everyday consistently, how does it actually feel? like are you ever tired during the day or always energized? are you more focused? im trying to sleep better consistently but not sure if it really makes that much of a change.​

I still feel extremely tired. However, I believe it is more beneficial than if you do not get enough sleep at all. I wouldn't be motivated to go to class or finish my homework if I didn't get enough sleep.
