Reason Against 1: Parents will need to drive their children.
Explanation 1: With the increase in age these teenagers would need to be driven by their parents instead of driving themselves.
Reason against 2: Raising the age cause students to need alternative ways to go to school.
Explanation: Not every neighborhood is reached by the bus and it may be too far students to hike, driving is not only needed but preferred by students.
