The answer is 923.2 because I found the circumference of the circle which was 153.86 and since it is the volume of the cone you would use the formula V=1\3BH. Using that formula you would do: 1/3*153.86(18) and that would get you 923.16 and since it looks like the answer wants you to round, you would get 923.2. Hope that helps!
