this is the same as 3/18 x 21/7, which you can simplify to 1/6 x 3, which is 3/6 also a half. So the answer is 1/2

lets reduce the fractions first...
3/18 = 1/6
7/21 = 1/3
(1/6) / (1/3)...when dividing fractions, flip what u r dividing by, then multiply
1/6 * 3 = 3/6 reduces to 1/2
