We have always been told to obey all authoritative figures including most adults. We are also told that if it goes against morals, even if disobedient, to not do it. In this case, when a teacher gives the command not to breathe, although disobedient, the best action to take is to continue to keep your blood supplied the the correct amount of oxygen and continue to stay conscious. I hope you have an amazing day an are continued to be allowed the freedom to breathe even though some people believe against those freedoms!
