Well, Reagan, I've never been too good with Fractions but what I can do is give you a link to a YouTube video which can give you lessons and multiple examples of how to do this particular problem. The easiest and most effective way to do this is to take the batch and make it one. So you would take 1/4 and multiply it by 4/1 (Do the same to the amount of flour). So you would get 4/3 cup of flour per one batch. Do this to all the answers, and pick the lowest flour amount. It is also helpful to use the same denominator for the flour. The answer in this case would be C. I hoped this helped.
