Answer:
One line spaced is decent between paragraphs.
As well as double-spaced and 12 point font. (Either you use New Times Roman OR Arial as a font choice)
It's called the APA Format. (or MLA Format... depends whichever you are told to follow)
Don't forget to indent every paragraph using 'tab'
