A simple run down of the problem I guess is that first you need to solve one equation for either s or b. I chose the first equation to solve for b and I got b=(-3/2s)+(9.25/2). Then, the second thing you need to do is to put the answer to b in the second equation. This would be 3((-3/2s)+(9.25/2))+45 = 13.25. Then you basically solve that equation for s and you should get s=1.25. If you need to also find b you can plug s=1.25 into either of the starting equations. All done :) sorry this took long lol
