A salesman at T-Mobile earns $12 for each phone he sells as well as an hourly salary of $18. Write and solve an inequality to determine the number of phones he must sell to earn $1000 in a 45-hour week.
Answer is 16 P= (1000-18 times 45) divided by 12 So 1000-810 = 190 divided by 12 equals 15.8 But you can’t sell 15.8 phones so he has to sell 16, I’m bot very good at fighting inequalities so the inequality that I wrote might not be right
