The photograph is titled Buchenwald Prisoners. It was taken by Margaret Bourke-White in 1945. Buchenwald was a Nazi concentration camp established in 1937.

There is some helpful information about the photograph in the Life Magazine article titled Behind the Picture: The Liberation of Buchenwald, April 1945.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure what movie the photo is featured in. I hope this helps a bit!
