Ok firstly convert the first equation into the understandable form.
y = -2x +3
Next draw a dot on the y-ax at the height of +3 (3 is c in (y = ax + c) and c is always the intersection with the y-ax).
Next substitute y with 0,
0 = -2x + 3
<=> x = 3/2
Draw a dot on the x-ax at x=3/2 or 1.5.
Connect the two dots and you have the first function.
Now do the same thing for the second equation and read the coordinates from the intersection of the two equations.
