I think that the stairs on the left is easier. According to the sentence, it says "You are lifting", so I need to carry it. If I had to push it, the ramp would be easier, but I am not. If I carried it up the ramp, I would receive the most weight against my back. If I went up the stairs, I would reive the most weight against my chest, which would make it easier to climb up rather than having most of my weight on my back.
