Because a person 6 feet can just touch the ladder it means the ladder is 6 feet away from the ground and if a person 9 feet from the wall can touch the foot of the ladder that means the person can touch the foot of the ladder from the wall so the ladder is 9 feet then if we add both of them we get 15
