You want to avoid with dividing decimals so you will need to move the decimal place by multiplying by 10s. Every time you move a decimal point to the right, you are multiplying by 10.
So...
93 / 0.007
(93 x 1000)/(0.007 x 1000) ← multiply the dividend and divisor by 1000
since you are moving the decimal point 3 times to the right (10 x 3)
93000/7
