27 are oatmeal raisins, because of 45=5*9 then 3*9=27. You could also do this by doing a chart where I put 5 circles on the side and 9 circles on the top and made a total of 45 circles. Then I colored 3 out of 5 and got 27 colored, or you can just do the multiplication way.
