' A ',  ' C ',  and  ' D ' are true.

As far as we've ever been able to tell, there are only two planets
that are closer to the Sun than Earth is (Mercury and Venus). 

If that's so, then that makes Earth the 3rd planet from the sun,
so ' B ' is the one that's not true.
