HELP!!!!!Write a short story based on the notes and scenes you created in Lesson 1. Your story should focus on one of the main characters you explored in that earlier assignment and expand on his or her struggle.
The premise of the story is the same as in Lesson 1: Two contestants in a talent show have accidentally swapped bodies and must perform each other's acts. You'll rely on narrative elements, such as dialogue, to make the story engaging. You'll also include a clear beginning, middle, and end. Later, in Lesson 3, you'll have a chance to give your short story a thorough revision.

Ok this was bad. this was really bad. Amy couldnt sing! I-more like amy- was going on stage in 10 minutes. i couldnt cancel. if i canceled then i would lose the bet with daniel and then the entire school would know me as 'stage fright serena'!

Now what had happened was the mirror. that stupid mirror. i swear on everything when i get back to my body ill shatter the thing. it was about five minutes before this. Me and my little sister amy were fighting. i was in my dressing room and she wanted me to help her with the music part of her dance routine. i said no because obviously i would be in here celebrating with my best friend alice. and her being the annoying little prat she was started yelling at me. and then well the mirror started to glow.

i know, know. it sounds crazy but it started to glow a weird shade of white and then bam. i was stuck in a needy 12 year olds body. worst of all amy was stuck in my body.

so i was on in seven minutes now. this was just great.
