D is the correct answer. There are quotation marks around what this person said, and after her phrase there should always be a comma separating the description of how she said it. A is incorrect because it has quotation marks around the entire sentence. B is incorrect because there are no quotation marks at all. C is incorrect because there is no comma separating her phrase and the description. Can I have brainliest? :)
