3 binders with 35 stamps in each.....3 x 35 = 105 stamps
5 binders with 24 b cards in each....5 x 24 = 120 cards

if she give away 35 stamps.....105 - 35 = 70 stamps

so what she has left is : 70 stamps (or 2 binders of stamps) and 120 baseball cards (or 5 binders of baseball cards)
