This means that if you exercise, you can protect yourself from hypertension(high blood pressure), coronary heart disease, colon cancer,   diabetes, and more. Physical activity can reduce the cost of heath care, because exercising makes you healthy mentally and physically, so you won't have to go to the doctor much, since your healthy. This is how physical activity plays a role in the prevention of disease and the reduction of health care costs.
