Well , movement of paper is due to air. This air has risen from below to the level of the paper to cause movement in it. Air that is hot , rises from below to above because hot air is light. This air is hot air.

If it was radiation , there would be no air. The paper would simply heat up.

It cant be conduction bc , conduction needs a medium to pass the heat to the paper.

It definetly is not evaporation , evaporation doesnt cause winds , only water vapour , and if it was evaporation , the paper would be wet from moist air but it isnt.

The answer is convection. Yes , it is convection bc it generates hot and cool air from production of heat by any substance , it caused hot air here , which caused movement of paper.
