Not sure on the simulation statement, but yes. If each planet's mass was different, it would effect each pull from each planet. making some pull harder, and some to be pulled easier. A tennis ball would get pulled by a basket ball, and the basket ball would be pulled by lets say a bowling ball. Different masses and densities, but hope this helps in some way.
