it will be most likely that he/she will infect another marriage partner event though that partner remain faithful in the marriage

Answer: I believe that the way both of this diseases are spread is when one of the pargers is unfaithful. It could be the husband of even the wife, the main problem is when the married couple have to face the consequences of their own acts.
