From the neutral molecule formulae, there are two Silicon atoms and two hydrogen atoms;

Silicon has four (4) valence electrons while Hydrogen has  (1) one. To achieve stable electron configuration. Silicon needs its unfilled orbital to have 8 electrons while Hydrogen needs its only orbital to have 2 electrons.
