Inside the framework or we can say the constitution of the United States there are different State departments or the parts of the system which are more or less responsible for the whole mechanism and running of the government inside the country. As these institutions comprises of the elected personals or officials and a single chief executive(which is also among the elected officials).

As, the President of the United States has the most executive power inside the US, and includes the capacity over controlling the power over the military might and the different State departments. The congress is comprised of the Upper of representatives and the senators. As these officials are there for analyzing the different processes carried out by the different institutions and the State departments. There are different legislative processes which are carried out each term or each year,as most of them are rejected while some of them are passed on for making it a law by signing the required documents by the President of the United States.
As the Congress is able to make some different arrangements and limit the Presidents power in a given State departments.As, these officials are required to make the constitutional steps in order to run the process in a more proper way.
