3rd law of motion is discovered by the Newton which refers that when a body exercises a force on another body then the second body simultaneously exercises a force equal in measurement and opposite in direction on the first body.This law suggests a selective balance in nature as forces always occur in pairs and one body cannot exercise a force on another without experiencing a force itself.
