A question is scientific when it can be answered by using logic and scientific information we have currently, or if there is scope for it to be answered in future because of further development in technology / theories. Scientific questions are based on facts that are observed, just like that of magnet attracting bits of iron, etc. Few questions like existence of God / existence of demons are beyond science as they are not based on any observation.
