The answer from the given statement above is false. Extra effort is always needed in order to think critically. When someone thinks critically, he or she is evaluating and analyzing facts and ideas to determine what is right or not. This should only include objective ideas in order to arrive to a certain conclusion that is not biased.
The answer is: false.
Critical thinking is not an automatic or reflex characteristic of thought. In fact, it is quite the contrary. Critical thought requires in depth comprehension of a given issue, a relevant contextualization of the problem in historical and social dimensions, and also, a fine capacity to discern the negative conditions of the problem in order to propose positive conditions to modify it.
