I think the best answer is C. Jonathan Swift believed that people are generally very reasonable. He is an Anglo-Irish satirist, essayist and a poet. Some of Swift's work are Gulliver's trsavel, A Modest Proposal, The Battle of the Books and A Tale of a Tub. He is well known for his satires.
