There are couple of equations:
[tex]R = \frac{U}{I} [/tex]
Voltage [tex]U[/tex] and current [tex]I[/tex] affect resistance.
[tex]R = \frac{ \rho l}{A} [/tex]
Length [tex]l[/tex] and area [tex]A[/tex] affect resistance as well as type of material expressed with [tex]\rho[/tex].
Temperature does not affect resistance. However some resistors are temperature dependent.
So my answer would be C even though it's not completely correct.
