If you're a teenager wanting a exercise plan here's a good one

Jog: from 5am to 6am monday to wednesday
lift weight's: 6pm to 7pm monday to wednesday 

wednesday to saturday: lift weight's 6am to 7am
jog: 5pm to 6pm 

p.s eat healthy and drink lot of water!
