Jackson's perspective on the McCulloch v. Maryland was that it might be hard to power the state. Jackson would have also opposed the ruling of the Gibbons v. Ogden he would have said expanded their congress power to cover interstate commerce to also include commercial navigation. Jackson would of opposed both.
