There are a lot of medicines that used coal as their source of ingredients such as Aspirin , some chemotherapeutic drugs, Acetaminophen , etc.

not only medicine , soap and shampoos that used to kill bacteria are also contained some coal in it

Surprisingly, your statement is a true one. This is something not many people are not aware of, namely  that coal is being used as a ingredient in many medicinal drugs such as aspirin. 

The reasons for using coal in medicine are plenty, considering it has mutliple possible ways how it can be used when creating drugs.
