Hi! Can you please help me with problems? If you can, please show work. Thank you!

1. The sum of two consecutive integers is 145. Find the two integers.

2. The sum of three consecutive even integers is 54. Find the numbers.

x + (x + 1) = 145
2x + 1 = 145
2x = 145 - 1
2x = 144
x = 72

if x is equal to 72
72 + 1 = 73

therefore the 2 integers is 72 and 73

2.
x + (x + 1) + (x + 2) = 54
3x + 3 = 54
3x = 54 - 3
3x = 51
x = 17

numbers are, 17, 18 and 19
