So first you should know that the feedforward is, in communication context, a starter general view of the main message. Then, feedback means, the answer that the receiver of the conversation expresses to the speaker based on the received message. And as their names say, the business opening is how someone starts the conversation and the closing finishes it. So the answers are:
Neil: Hey, Marlee, everything going okay?
Business opening
Marlee: I think I might be going crazy.
Feedforward
Neil: Why? What happened?
Feedback
Marlee: I was just wearing my glasses two minutes ago. I took them off for a second, and now I can't find them anywhere.
Feedforwad
Neil: Oh, well, I'll help you look if you like.
Feedback
Marlee: Really? Thanks.
Closing
The five-stage conversation model establishes five steps in each conversation: opening, progress, business, comments and closing.
