The x-intercepts are your zeros of the function. It is every place where x is equal to zero. Which means for every parentheses, we need to equal x to 0 using an equation. After that, we just solve for x

x + 2 = 0

-2 -2

x= -2


x +3 = 0

-3 -3

x= -3


x-5 = 0

+5 +5

x= 5


So your x-intercepts are: -2, -3, 5
