In my personal opinion , they should.

Affordable care act provide every citizens will some sort of insurance that can be used by all citizens to take care their health problems with relatively low or no cost at all.
I believe, to both health care and free education is crucial for the nation to ensure that we could obtain the best quality of human resources as possible which would help us generate more productivity in our economy.
