Johanna is excellent at applying tax law and other accounting principles in her job as a manager in her accounting firm. she has equally high skills in working with the employees she supervises but does not have as much skill in helping the firm shape the vision for growth. applying katz's skills model, at what level of management is johanna?

Johana is at "Supervisory Management" level.

The theory suggests three levels which are:

1)      Supervisory Management where a person has high technical and human skills but low conceptual skills which is the case with Johana.

2)      Middle Management where a person possesses high human skills but medium technical and conceptual skills.

3)      Top Management  where an individual is high in human and conceptual skills but low in technical skills.
