A person who believes that his or her behavior has little effect on the environment and who becomes passive and depressed illustrates which perspective on depression?

Respuesta :

I believe the answer is: Seligman’s learned helplessness

Seligman’s learned helplessness stated that after constantly trying to get out from a problem but fail to find  a success, we would automatically develop the perception that our behaviour have little effect to the outcome in our life and eventually make us stop trying completely.
