To find the value of u and v, we have to perform subtraction of the points . That is

[tex]u= RS =<11-8,-6-(-2)> = <3, -4>[/tex]

[tex]v = OP = <0-(-3),-13-(-9) > = <3,-4>[/tex]

Since we get the same values of u and v , therefore the two vectors are equal .
