Bob has just graduated from high school. He has decided to go to a community college in his hometown because he can continue to work for his dad, live at home and still take classes. College is not something he's really excited about, because he doesn't know what he wants to do. Bob knows his parents want him to continue his education, so he is really going to college to please them. There is plenty of time to see what comes up. Bob is working on his time management, and most of the time he is able to get everything done at work and at school without having too much free time left. He thinks that its just his luck that he has instructors who give so much homework and that is dad is always changing his schedule. Given what you have learned about goal setting, what advice would you give Bob?
